Ventilation solutions for protecting against the risk of explosion or corrosion. For a lot of special applications, combustible gases, vapours, mist, or dusts may occur during manufacturing and processing, including transportation and even storage. When these combine with the oxygen in the atmosphere, some explosive mixtures may form. Should these ignite, explosions will occur, which may result in serious injuries and damage to property. Technical measures can be taken to prevent or at least reduce the risk of an explosion. One element of this primary explosion protection is technical ventilation of the potentially explosive atmospheres. This reduces the concentration of the hazardous substance in the mixture and thereby lowers it to a safe level.
